Life goes on unannounced,
Fun in the sun, chill in the shade.
Old guy with the e-ciggy,
Enjoying his drink in what's left of his life.
The couple drinking cocktails, man and wife.
Blues on the radio, pigeons on the floor,
Toasted sandwich, finished on the table, Eleven Euro's more.
Tanned man on the deck, bikini clad wife, what the heck,
Bar staff hovering, picking plates and serving beer.
So many lives all intertwined, for a brief moment here.
Tomorrow all will change, but be the same ... moving on.
